Return Policy

Satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Steps to Return a Product:

  1. In your message, please provide the order number and the reason for the return.

  2. You will receive a return address and a return form from us. Make sure to send the package using a track & trace service.

    We require the tracking number for the return shipment. Without a tracking number, we cannot verify shipment details and cannot provide a similar service.

  3. Carefully pack the product and return it to the address provided. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

  4. Within 14 days of receiving your return, we will refund the purchase price to the specified account.

Important Notes:

  • The return policy applies only to products returned in their original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, we cannot accept returns or provide a refund.

  • We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, we are happy to assist you with the return process. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us.

  • If the product is damaged beyond what is necessary for testing, we may be unable to process your return. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packaged for the return shipment.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our store in Asia. Please ensure the product is shipped as a registered item with a tracking code, so we can facilitate the return service.
